Morgan Valley Church "Come to me... and I will give you rest." -Jesus, Matthew 11:28

Sunday School, 10:00 AM

Our Sunday School hour is when we put our focus on ministering to our kids! From Toddlers to Teenagers, we are focused on showing our children their need for the Savior and then helping them grow in the grace and in the knowledge of our Lord, Jesus Christ, and of His word, the Bible.

Teen Group, 2nd Thursday of each month, 7:00 to 8:00 PM

If there's one constant of being a teenager, it's peer pressure! One of the strongest aspects of the church is the opportunity for believers to minister to each other with their spiritual gifts and encouragement in the mutual pursuit of holiness and Christ-likeness. We want to teach our teens to be available to serve each other, to help them understand from these formative years that the church isn't about consumerism, but is about contributing the welfare of other believers! We're going to do this on purpose, with a lot of fun, too much food we probably shouldn't eat, and most importantly, learning how to walk together with Jesus as His ambassadors to a world that simply doesn't understand Him as THE Way to God, the Light of the World, the Giver of Life, the Savior of Humanity.

Thursday Bible Study

Please join us around 6 PM (aka, whenever you get here!) for a meal and fellowship, and then we'll dive into the Bible together to discover what it says and why it matters. We're going to be launching a study of the much neglected, so-called "Minor" prophets, where we'll study the historical settings, the connections of these messages to God's dealings with His chosen people, Israel, and how their messages thunder down the hallways of time and still find their mark in the Church.

In the meantime....

Although this website is obviously under construction, please don't hesitate to contact us should you have any specific questions, particularly those related to faith and practice. We look forward to seeing God continue to build His church in Morgan County, liberate souls from their own sin and self-righteousness, and transform believers into the image of His only unique Son!
